• DISPATCH.Goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of received and cleared funds from the customer.This will not apply to commissioned or personalised goods, customers will be notified of dispatch time for such goods.
• DELIVERY will be by Royal Mail - First Class unless otherwise stated.
• RETURNS/REFUNDS. If you are not delighted with your purchase from Oscar & Toots please return it within 7 days, in original condition, to ensure a refund.Please state reason for return.
• PRIVACY. Customer records including name, address,e-mail etc. are private, confidential & secure.Your details will not be passed to any third party.
• PAYMENT;
• By card - through secure encrypted merchant account with PayPal UK.
• By cheque will be acknowledged on receipt, goods will not be dispatched until clearance is confirmed.
